Matt has worked as an outdoor activities instructor since 2007. With a passion for rock climbing, mountaineering and jumping off waterfalls he was soon drawn to the Lakes. "At present my favourite place is Langdale; there's just so much fun and adventure to be found in one of the most beautiful parts of the country." Joining the team in early 2012, he has thoroughly enjoyed the comprehensive training and takes pride in being able to assist those in need who are out and about enjoying the Lakes. Matt is now a Swiftwater Rescue Technician, CAS care qualified and has the proud title of being the only person to get the Land Rover stuck in the mud on the 4x4 training day.
