Pavey Ark, Gt Langdale

Saturday

Man, aged 26 years. Leading climb on Pavey Ark, slipped and fell some 40ft. Injuries to left shoulder and ribs. Team lowered him down the crag, and he was then carried down by stretcher and conveyed by Ambulance to County Hospital, Kendal.
