Incident Report #46 2006

The team were called to the aid of a 37-year-old male who had sustained a suspected ankle fracture high up in Crinkle Ghyll. Because of the difficult location we called for the assistance of a Royal Navy SAR helicopter. The weather conditions were atrocious, with very heavy rain and low cloud. Unfortunately a team member was injured while making his way up to the casualty site when he took a small fall.
